Prior to founding MartiniBird, Rebecca worked at Trinity Ventures, a top tier venture capital firm in Silicon Valley, as the Director of Marketing. She was responsible for the firm’s marketing - including content strategy, events & workshops, social media, public relations, strategic partnerships, messaging and branding. She also advised Trinity’s early, mid-stage portfolio companies on their marketing and communications, assisting them with marketing resources and execution. Prior to Trinity, Rebecca worked at the social enterprise Samasource as Chief of Staff and in programming at the Commonwealth Club of California.
She has served on the executive board of the San Francisco Symphony’s Symphonix league, has been a council member of the SFMOMA’s Society for the Encouragement of Contemporary Art, and now serves as a Generation V member of the Bothin Foundation.

As MartiniBird’s event planner, Adrianna designs and produces distinct events for distinguishing clients. From creating floor plans and custom designs, to managing budgets and organizing logistics, Adrianna thrives on multitasking, offering new ideas and exceeding expectations. She’s both a pleasure to work with and reliable advocate by your side.
Adrianna earned her degree in Interior Design. Following this, she began a career in marketing and advertising managing account and design processes. Her passion for design and appreciation of events led her to become a wedding planner at one of San Francisco’s top firms, Dream a Little Dream Events, where she thrived for four years before joining MartiniBird.
All with a great sense of humor and warm smile, Bonnie’s resourcefulness and strong eye for details have stood out throughout her career in service and hospitality.
In 2004 Bonnie joined Pure Food and Wine in Gramercy Park, New York City. Now known as the best vegan restaurant in New York, Bonnie helped the company grow by working in every Front of House position, including manager. Noticing the opportunity for catering and events, Bonnie created and launched Pure’s private event department before moving to Palo Alto with her graphic designer husband.
As MartiniBird’s production coordinator, Bonnie works with vendors, venues, clients, and event guests to ensure the best possible experience for all parties leading up to, during, and after an event.
Rebecca worked with us to launch our inaugural San Francisco and Silicon Valley events and again to help standardize our event planning process so that we could continue to replicate and scale the program around the United States. ThinkFWD is proving to be a huge success, with events occurring monthly in seven cities across the country."
